Domain Level Play

I've created a section of the wiki so that those who wish to share information about a domain they rule or some mercenaries they command may do so. Please ask me for a username and password to get editing capability if you don't already have it. You may find the stub entries, as well as Amicus' current entry here.

For those of you who don't know what Yoesville now looks like, see the maps of uptown and downtown here.

  2. How much did the weather reduce recruitment the week I was getting mercenaries? I still need to update my records on how many troops I have.

Also, if anyone wants to employ the additional troops I recruited let me know

I'm all recruited out. I'm afraid I can't support the army I have!

  3. Well, on the plus side, after looking at the book, I just realized I've been paying double my PC's maintenance rate for the last couple of months.

One the down side, the young berserkers I've raised, and trained, between Badaxe Hold and Yoeville, I now have 120 dwarves and 60 humans that I should've been paying support for for all these months.

Unless anybody has any qualms, I intend to pay the berserkers (which technically count as light infantry) 25gp a month, each. I'd be inclined to pay them the same as heavy infantry, just to keep them from wandering away too much.

    1. I don't see why you don't pay the berserkers the basic light infantry rate of 6gp/month. I mean they are BERSERKERS. They are just going to spend it on ale and whores anyway.

    2. BTW, heavy infantry only costs 12gp/month.

    3. A unit of first level fighters costs 25gp/ month.

    4. Dwarf heavy infantry costs 20gp a month, which was what I was basing it on. But yeah, I had it figured that 25gp a month seems about right for these guys.

    5. So, yeah. First level fighters sounds right.

    6. 60 of the dwarves are blooded, and would probably be considered first level dwarven furies (since human berserkers are basically short-lived weenies, especially at our level).

I'm actually thinking of sitting down with the player's book, and coming up with a human version of the dwarven fury, for the human berserker veterans to graduate towards.
