New Campaigns

I've added the new upcoming campaigns to the blog roll. Please find the Grampa's Assignment Infinity and Eldritch Earth entries links there. I'm looking forward to these new campaigns. I can't wait!

Colonel Leslie's Final Secret Scenery Pictures

The Watch Tower of Silver View

Le Village Unpronounceable

Prison Tower

Grampa: Assignment  Infinity

So here's a link to the wiki for the campaign I very slowly put together, that we're going to do in January:

It's very rough so far, but in basic, the players will be a group hired by the government to deal with monsters and aliens on earth, set roughly in the American southwest in the 1950s.  All of this is based on the Monster Hunter International series of novels, which I highly recommend.  I've included most of the Edges and Hindrances from the Savage worlds Horror supplement, as well as a new character race.

Any questions or comments, just let me know.

Colonel Leslie's Final Secret

Our intrepid friend, Captain Sparkle Rainbrite received the following letter:

Dearest Child of my Dear Sibling, Sparkle

I haven’t been completely honest with you.  I have in the past had dealings with a less than savory character.  He has turned against me and my allies, and I fear he will attack our kinsfolk next.   Please, meet me at the  Silver View Tower, along the Sheldomar River as soon as earthly possible, the danger is great to us all.

                     Your parent’s dear sibling

Colonel Leslie of the Duchy of Ulek Household Guard

This Sunday, we will join Sparkle to meet the Colonel at Silver View Tower:

Paint Day 2019

Bob and I got a solid 3 hours of painting in Sunday afternoon.  Here are some pics of Bob's work.  My stuff is over at Dr. Skull's Workshop

First,  Bob's Cave Features:

Second,  Bob's anti-cavalry spikes (in progress)

Finally, Bob's Miscellany

The State of the Lords

The November schedule impasse is nearly over and I thought I'd give an approximate feel or forecast of how I see things shaking out.

• Sunday December 1:  I'm going to be painting miniatures and terrain, anyone who's free and interested in joining me, drop me a note to tell me you're coming.

• Greyhawk Campaign: since Dave H. Is no longer able to GM, we will probably wind the game down after a few more sessions.  I will run an adventure on December 8, and we'll see what the state of other incipient campaigns might be.
•

• Jason's Monster Hunters: Jason is planning a Savage Worlds campaign, don't know when he'll be ready to go, but we're looking forward to it.
•

• Five Torches Deep:  Andrew and I have recently discovered a rules liter version of 5e with some old school flair.  We're hard at work planning an in depth campaign.
•

• So, schedule is up in the air, if all my dreams came true, we'd play 5e through December, play Jason's game from January till Spring and start 5 torches in spring sometime.  But the forces of events may not work out that way.
